Bethany Applebaum is the health class teacher of Seaford High and Rudy's girlfriend. She really likes sports and is up for any out door activities. Rudy and Bethany really care about each other. She is the only girlfriend that is present in multiple episodes. Bethany Applebaum suffered from the Chuck Cunningham syndrome.
